And here’s another secret – 99% of online course providers will not answer your call. They don’t have anyone that you can speak with about your aims and ambitions and they don’t have anyone on hand to provide support.
If you can’t get through to a course provider before you have enrolled, think very carefully about how much support you will be given as a student who has already parted with their enrolment fee.
A course provider can be judged on their level of support before you enrol. Give it a try. If you have a shortlist, give them all a call and see how helpful they are to you before you are a student.
