I was born in Holland and have been living in Surabaya, Indonesia since 2001. I am married and have 4 children.
The eldest one is now 21 years old and lives in Holland, studying.
Last September we went together for a road trip through Europe, but I never had a proper camera to take with me. This gave me the motivation to buy a proper DLSR camera and practise during the trip.
I started to get more interested in Photography after this trip but I felt I had a lot of shortcomings. I tried some short courses online to begin with and ended up with IOP®. Honestly, the support I received from IOP® is very professional and helpful. I learned a lot during this course which gave me a completely different perspective for capturing moments. My preferred field is urban photography (as I live in a big city) and at this moment, I am experimenting with long exposure which is very pleasant for the eyes.
