I bought my first camera five years ago after the birth of my first child, I had no prior knowledge of photography but liked taking photos with my phone, at the start of 2017 I decided to take a course as I wanted to learn how to use the camera controls properly.
As a busy mum, the ability to take this course at a speed that suited me without the pressure of a deadline was brilliant and I also believe that time gave me the time to grow and learn and start to develop a style. It’s amazing to look back on my starting point and my images now.
I run my own photography business specialising in Family lifestyle and portraiture which is something I’m really enjoying and I’ll be continuing to educate myself on all things photography.
