IOP have one of the most generous course completion rules in the industry – we give you unlimited time to complete your course.
When you bought a course or redeemed a voucher, we asked you to agree to our terms and conditions, which state that although you have unlimited time to complete your course, you must log in at least once every 12 months to keep the account active. This is to ensure we do not have lots of inactive accounts on file.
If your account has become inactive, there is a renewal fee of £30 to pay.
If you would like to resume your course with IOP, please follow these instructions:
1. Add the Course Renewal to your Cart – click here
2. Go to the Cart and pay for your renewal
3. You will receive an activation email within a few hours
Alternatively, if you enrol on another course with IOP, it will automatically renew your account for both courses.
