What is the ELS scheme?
Approved employees of Jaguar Land Rover can apply for funding towards training or learning new skills under the Employee Learning Scheme.
The ELS funding can be used to part pay for our courses.
We have a range of other courses and you can use your voucher for any of them.
How do I apply?
Contact your ELS Office to apply for your Employees Learning Scheme Credit Voucher.

- ELS will generate a Credit Voucher that details the course and your name.
