As well as providing in-depth content, Michael is also the lead tutor and will be marking all the Practice Assignments. He brings a wealth of experience, not least in running our face-to-face photography workshops.
About the course:
This is an intensely practical course designed to help you create a portfolio of street photographs to be proud of. All assignments are marked within the course platform, and every single one is graded, giving you a real sense of your achievement along the way.

Do I need photography experience?
No, the Diploma in Street Photography Online Course is an artistic endeavour in the main and as such, suits all levels of photographers. It would be useful to have an understanding of basic camera settings, and we recommend at least taking the Diploma in Photography to bring you up to speed.
Do I need lots of equipment?
No, street photography, by its very nature, is a practice that is undertaken with the minimum of bulky equipment. We want to see your creative efforts – remember, the best camera you have is the one you have with you.
How am I assessed?
There are eight formal assignments graded out of 100%. You must achieve a minimum of 70% in the Final Assignment to receive your certificate.
