Comments: “I enjoyed the theory but for me, the most important was the feedback on photos. I would find it difficult to criticise the content. The videos and presentations were useful and certainly gave me confidence in what I already knew and ways to tweak the improvements. I think there is maybe scope to extend the final assignment to 5 photographs, 4 compulsory and one open bearing in mind the number of units. The course has made me consider in particular the colour and contrast balance. It’s useful in that although I like colour or contrast to be quite strong it may seem too much for some people. I’m also currently doing the business in photography, which although aimed more at portraiture and wedding photography will give me some pointers. Overall it has given me confidence in my abilities.”

Comments: “Quite simply I enjoyed every facet of the course, the way it lead me along from the beginning filled in many gaps in my knowledge. The tutor’s feedback and help along the way were brilliant and very helpful, as were the live chats. I honestly think the course was perfect in every way for me. I found the final assignment feedback so helpful and will help in my further development. This course has truly been a real life changer for me, coming from a self-taught base I am now taking far more satisfying wildlife shots and wishing I had taken this course years ago, so many wasted opportunities that can’t be repeated.”

Comments: “I thought the online platform was really good and easy to use. The course allowed you to go and explore street photography. The feedback from Tim was really useful and gave me lots of ideas to explore themes further. Special thanks to Tim, I have enjoyed both courses I have completed and have learnt so much. I can carry on with my hobby. My only disappointment is that the course has ended!“
