Photography on your phone?

Mobile phone photography has come on in leaps and bounds this year with some serious technology being packed into small devices.
The New York Times famously included a picture shot on a iPhone for their front cover and mobile phone photography is no longer seen as the poor relation of the photography industry.

We recently went on a landscape shoot with a Samsung Galaxy Note and tested the panorama function. There was no stitching of images involved, just select the mode and follow the instructions on screen. We think the result was pretty decent and with a bit more practice and the right landscape, could produce some stunning shots.

Whether you use a camera or a mobile phone to take your shots, consider enhancing your photography skills with the Diploma in Photography course from the Institute of Photography.
